2000 - SpaceCom launches SpaceLink, two-way Satellite-based IP Network Services.

1998 - SpaceCom introduces FM Quad®, a DVB MPEG-2 service for the distribution of data and digital audio.

1998 - SpaceCom completed expansion construction of the telecommunications facility at the Chicago International Teleport®. The new $1.25 million facility located on a 15-acre complex in the south suburbs of Chicago. This has doubled the previous interior capacity to 11,250 square feet.

1997 - SpaceCom adds more value to customers by providing network integration services such as “last-mile” interconnectivity and backhaul coordination. Custom network integration solutions are developed for industry leaders such as DTN and Business Wire.

1995 - SpaceCom rolls out the SL2100, a smaller, low-cost FM Cubed® satellite receiver for audio and data networks.

1994 - SpaceCom unveils two new services - SatVantage and APB (All Points Broadcast).

1992 - SpaceCom’s client list diversifies to include paging networks, financial data companies, weather information services and other companies needing high-speed, point-to-multipoint distribution of data.

1991 - SpaceCom unveils FM Cubed®, a proprietary, digital transmission technology.

1990 - SCS changes its name to SpaceCom Systems.

1989 - SCS moves all existing C-Band transmission traffic to the SpaceNet III satellite.

1986 - SCS invents the FM Squared® satellite transmission technology.

1986 - United Video spins off SCS Satellite Network Services as a separate division.
